The Great Escape The Great Escape Summer Day Camp provides summer fun for kids entering K-7 th grade for 10 weeks during the summer. Kids can attend for a day, by the week or for the summer. The highlights of the Great Escape are campus days and outings. Campus days are weekly theme days featuring a sport or activity. Great Escape outings include parks, beaches, nature center, library and other summer events. The Great Escape is fee-based with scholarships available for low-income families. The 2010 Great Escape will open on Monday, June 14, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The last day of camp will be Friday, August 20. A new camp week called Great Rhythm Stampede will be offered for kids entering K-5 th grade August 23-27. The focus of this camp week is music, rhythm and movement and the week’s performance will be held on Friday, August 27 at 6 p.m. The fee is $130 per participant. View and/or print for 2010:
