Help Us Fill Weekend Food Bags for Lakeshore Elementary Students
Neighbors Plus and Harderwyk are partnering with Lakeshore Elementary to provide weekend food bags for students experiencing food insecurity through the Hand2Hand Program.
Hand2Hand provides nutritious food to students to take home over weekends and extended school breaks. By bringing together churches, schools, individuals, and businesses, Hand2Hand helps ensure students have access to food and the opportunity to thrive.
How You Can Help
We are collecting shelf-stable, individually packaged, kid-friendly foods to include in weekend food bags. Some of the items needed include:

Prefer to Give Financially?
We'd be happy to do the shopping! Monetary donations are also welcome and help us purchase the specific items needed for the weekend food bags.
