Transitional Housing Program:

Neighbors Plus manages three properties, working with families whose long-term goal is home ownership or debt reduction. Families are helped toward their goals by using part of the rental fees to pay off personal debts and create better saving habits. 
It is our goal to walk alongside families as they work to reach their goals.  
Currently, all three homes are occupied by families who are in our program.
